Adults and Young Adults

Adults and young adults make up most of my practice — over-functioners in mid-life, university students, couples stuck in unhelpful patterns, and people dealing with addictions.

I also meet with folks in later adulthood who are adjusting to changing relationships with their kids, spouses, life’s-work, and bodies.

Parents and Care Givers

I frequently meet with parents and caregivers trying to make sense of their children’s (and their own) emotional roller coasters.

People Making Sense of Life

People looking for support in making sense of what’s not working, and with those ready to take the good parts of their lives and make them great.

Teens and Young Adults

Teens and young adults (ages 12–18) who need help navigating family dynamics or developing healthy communication and coping strategies.

Children  (But it starts with meeting their adults)

Before meeting with a child under 15, I always meet with their parent or caregiver first. Often, we can make sense of what the child is going through by looking at the world they are growing up in through different perspectives (and a lot of encouragement — raising kids is hard!).
